The domain is registered in your name and the code is yours. You can leave at any time and the site stays up. From 1 March to 15 June we sit our final school exams: the site keeps running, backups and monitoring continue, but we reply within 5 working days and take no new projects in that window. Better that you know up front.

These are the answers we would give you on the phone.
€400 buys a template and one evening of work. We draw a custom design, write custom code and stand behind the speed. That is dozens of hours from two people, and they do not fit into four hundred euros.
Both. The domain is registered in your name and the code is handed over in a repository. If we ever part ways the site keeps running without us and you can take it to anyone.
Small things are part of the care plan. Larger changes are €49 an hour, estimated and approved in advance. With a CMS you change copy and photos yourself at no cost.
At an agency you talk to a salesperson and a junior builds the site. Here you talk to the people who design and write it. We take one project at a time, so you are not sharing our attention.
No. We build sites that bring a firm enquiries and clients. E-commerce is a different discipline and we would rather refer you on than learn it on your project.
Often, yes. If the structure is usable and what is missing is speed, mobile, SEO basics or forms that work, Site rescue covers it. That is a week of work and the price is in the list above. If the site is built so that fixing it is not worth it, we say so in the audit rather than sell you a rescue you would throw away in a year.
Presence takes two weeks, a complete site five to six. The clock starts when your materials arrive, because copy and photos are by far the most common reason a date slips.
We are not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Czech clients are invoiced in CZK at the ECB rate on the day of issue.
